All staff are experienced and trained industry specialists in their required fields. All employees are registered at the council for debt collectors.We take great care in hiring and training all of our staff to ensure that professionalism is maintained on all levels.
All employees undergo a training phase to enhance their telephone and computer skills to Kuyasa Holding’s standards.
All staff progress is examined once a week to ensure proficiency levels are met.
